Since March 2011, I work at Etteplan-Tedopres (former Tedopres Documentation B.V.). Etteplan-Tedopres specializes in all assets that come with technical documentation. To develop innovative solutions for current issues such as higher customer demands, growing complexity of products, less time to create content, and reduced publication budgets, Etteplan-Tedopres has a continuing R&D program for sharing technical content. My part is to manage all research and development within this progressive company. Etteplan-Tedopres embeds the latest techniques in their information management solutions, to simplify and visualize complex technical data. The innovations are based on decades of experience with simplifying, structuring and standardizing technical information. The standardized way of working according to the Tedopres Model results in future proof content, which guarantees clients to apply innovative techniques. An example of the successful innovative developments are the special "Apps" for easy presentation of technical data on tablet pc's (e.g., on iPad).

My main research interests are:

• Human Computer Interaction; in particular User Experience
• Media Psychology (e.g., Digital Gaming, Interactive Illustrations, 3D Animations, Augmented Reality)
• Technical writing & illustration standards (e.g., STE, STI, S1000D)
